1001 Main Street
This building was constructed in 1919 for meetings of the Pine Grove Masonic Lodge and Order of the Eastern Star. During years of Segregation, this was the meeting place for the African American members. The large bricks in this building were made in Daphne and are seen in most of the older buildings in downtown Daphne, frequently behind more modern facades.
